GENERAL POSITIONING
It is a general position of non-specific but global effectiveness.
It can be used alone as a simple standard matrix or added to specific protocols for a more effective activation.
Place a transverse Omstrip at D12 level and a longitudinal one on C7
BILATERAL NECK PAIN
Cervical pain that often occurs with pain and headache, dizziness and/or nausea.
Apply two Omstrips as shown for
48 hours, then replace them with 2/3 consecutive applications.
CERVICOBRACHIAL PAIN
Cervical pain radiating towards the arm. Apply two Omstrip as shown for 48 hours then replace them with 2/3 consecutive applications.
EPITROCLEITIS
Pain on the inside of the elbow. In case of internal pain, place an Omstrip starting from the inner tubercle.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours
EPICONDYLITIS
Pain on the external or internal part of the elbow Apply the band-aid as pictured by turning a little behind the elbow.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours.
FRONT SHOULDER TENDINITIS
Typically anterior, but if the pain occurs behind, move the application to the corresponding back point.
Apply two Omstrips as per scheme for 48 hours, then replace for 2/3 consecutive applications.
LUMBAGO
Pain limited to the back lower area. Apply two Omstrips as per scheme in the paravertebral area for 48 hours, then replace for 2/3 consecutive applications.
HIP PAIN
Apply Omstrip on the painful area for 48 hours , then replace for 2/3 consecutive applications.
LUMBOSCIATALGIA
Pain that radiates from the back lower area into the buttock or leg and / or calf.
Apply the Omstrips as shown in the diagram for 48 hours , then replace for 2/3 consecutive applications.
INTERNAL KNEE PAIN
Apply an Omstrip in the medial part of the knee up below the kneecap.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours.
EXTERNAL KNEE PAIN
Apply an Omstrip by wrapping the kneecap to the side edge of the knee.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours.
ACHILLES TENDINITIS
Apply an Omstrip along the Achilles tendon from the end of the heel towards the calf.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours.
ANKLE PAIN
Usually of traumatic origin. Apply an Omstrip from malleolus to malleolus as per image.
Repeat the application internally for 48 hours
